EASY (Energy Advice and Support for You) Concierge Service
EnergyZE North Shore is funded to provide a limited number of places to Ku-ring-gai residents so if you have been considering, rooftop solar, a home battery, a hot water heat pump, double glazing, insulation or a range of other energy efficient upgrades this may be a great time to give the service a try. EnergyZE has partnered with ZapCat to provide this service.

There is no charge for EASY and you are under no obligation to take the process any further than you want.

EASY is a three year program with places released progressively. If now is not a good time to try our EASY Concierge Service then you can register to be notified when new places are available.

The EASY Concierge Service is funded under a grant from the NSW State Government. EnergyZE North Shore Inc was selected to pilot this program in Ku-ring-gai over three years.
No, you can stop, or pause, at any time and continue later or end your involvement entirely. It is completely up to you.
No, we are not funded to provide this service to residents. We do however try to have up-to-date information about grants, rebates and discounts available to businesses. You could have a look at this page or send us an email to see if we can help.
Not currently but early in 2027 we will be extending this service to help owners’ corporations implement whole of block energy upgrades. In the meantime have a look at our Strata Resources page for useful services and government assistance. Owners or renters of individual apartments are welcome to use our EASY Concierge Service.
