EnergyZE North Shore is funded to provide a limited number of places to Ku-ring-gai residents for our EASY Concierge Service. If you have been considering energy efficient upgrades for you house this is a great time to move ahead. You will be assisted by accredited, independent advisors free of charge. EnergyZE has partnered with ZapCat to provide this service.

The EASY Concierge Service will run intermittently over the next two and half years. If now is not a good time to try EASY then you can register to be notified when new places are available.

No, you can stop, or pause, at any time and continue later or end your involvement entirely. It is completely up to you.
No, we are not funded to provide this service to residents. We do however try to have up-to-date information about grants, rebates and discounts available to businesses. You could have a look at this page or send us an email to see if we can help.
Not currently but early in 2027 we will be extending this service to help owners’ corporations implement whole of block energy upgrades. In the meantime have a look at our Strata Resources page for useful services and government assistance. Owners or renters of individual apartments are welcome to use our EASY Concierge Service.
